Brickwork mason wanted in Newport County

Now hiring: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Newport County, Rhode Island. Day to day you will forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints. What we are looking for: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
