Safety marshal wanted in Talbot County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety marshal in Talbot County, Maryland. You should have: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites The role involves: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date We offer $220 per day plus benefits.
