Join our team: we are hiring an insulation worker in Lake County, Indiana. You will work at an industrial plant. Day to day you will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness. What we are looking for: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
