Maintenance painter — Southampton County

Join our team: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Southampton County, Virginia. The job is on a residential building site. The role involves apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; sand and fill walls before applying primer; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns. What we are looking for: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding 3+ years on the tools preferred.
