Great opportunity: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Calhoun County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching Requirements: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $28 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
