Machine setter-operator — Lyman County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Lyman County, South Dakota. You will work in a packaging factory. On the job you will handle: • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
