Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
