Join our team: we are hiring a solid plasterer in Sevier County, Arkansas. The job is on a commercial fit-out project. Your main tasks: • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
