Ideal candidate: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Your main tasks: • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place Six days a week, one day off.
