Waiter wanted in Warren County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a waiter in Warren County, Illinois. You will be based in a five-star hotel. You will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Rotating shifts.
