Render and set plasterer — Ogemaw County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Ogemaw County, Michigan. You will be based at a plastering and dry lining contractor. What we are looking for: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work On the job you will handle: • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge 6+ years on the tools preferred.
