Sewing machine operator wanted in Gillespie County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Gillespie County, Texas. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. Requirements: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Day to day you will operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $200 per day plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
