Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
