Grill cook — Clackmannanshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Clackmannanshire, Scotland. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
