Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Traverse County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Rotating shifts.
