Excavator operator • DeKalb County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring an excavator operator in DeKalb County, Illinois. You will be based at a stone quarry. What we are looking for: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings On a typical shift you will top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
