Fry cook — Norman County

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in Norman County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 5+ years on the tools preferred.
