Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Performance bonus on top of base pay.
