Join our team: we are hiring a JCB operator in Washington County, Virginia. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. The role involves: • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble You should have: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
