Backhoe operator — McCulloch County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in McCulloch County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site You will track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
