Immediate opening: concrete worker (Arkansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete worker in Baxter County, Arkansas. You will work on a building construction site. On a typical shift you will cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified. You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE Six days a week, one day off. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
