Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling On a typical shift you will mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
