Toolroom milling operator • Caldwell County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Caldwell County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
