Immediate opening: RCC mason (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a RCC mason in Cooke County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength Requirements: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
