Join our team: grill cook (Florida)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Jackson County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
