Vacuum press operator — Berkeley County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Berkeley County, South Carolina. You will be based in a garment export house. The role involves: • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
