Toolroom milling operator • Grenada County, Mississippi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Grenada County, Mississippi. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. On a typical shift you will keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $10,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
