Elevator technician • Gbonyin, Ekiti State

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in Gbonyin, Ekiti State. The job is on a high-rise construction site. Day to day you will test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred.
