Concrete placer — Clark County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete placer in Clark County, Nevada. You will work in a residential housing project. Day-to-day duties: • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour Requirements: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
