Rebar worker • Modoc County, California

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar worker in Modoc County, California. The job is at a high-rise construction project. The role involves fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
