Urgent requirement: construction helper (Illinois)

Now hiring: we are hiring a construction helper in Edwards County, Illinois. You will work on a residential housing site. Day-to-day duties: • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns Requirements: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
