We are recruiting: we are hiring an access scaffolder in Sherman County, Texas. You will be based at a shipyard. On a typical shift you will dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
