Dough maker • Sagadahoc County, Maine

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Sagadahoc County, Maine. Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
