Urgent requirement: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Webster County, Missouri. You should have: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Day-to-day duties: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Read lift plans and method statements before starting We offer $140 per day plus benefits.
