What we are looking for: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Able to read construction drawings and specifications On a typical shift you will carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness.
