Pastry baker — Barnsley

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Barnsley, England. The job is at a cake shop. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
