Tower crane operator wanted in Montgomery County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Montgomery County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
