Sausage maker — Mercer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Mercer County, New Jersey. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
