Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Randolph County, Georgia. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
