Marble worker — Dane County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble worker in Dane County, Wisconsin. You should have: • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching On the job you will handle: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
