Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
