Dozer operator — Hancock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dozer operator in Hancock County, Georgia. You will work at an open-cast mine. Your main tasks: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Refuel the machine and record running hours Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Six days a week, one day off.
