Road roller operator • Dyer County, Tennessee

Great opportunity: we are hiring a road roller operator in Dyer County, Tennessee. You will work in an open-cast mine. Your main tasks: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
