Join our team: we are hiring a roofer in Jefferson County, Colorado. You will be based at a sheet metal roofing workshop. Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate The role involves insulate and ventilate the roof void; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing.
