Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
