Surface coating operator — Douglas County

Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Douglas County, Wisconsin. You will be based on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
