D6/D8 dozer operator — Wayne County

Join our team: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Wayne County, Nebraska. You will work at a busy earthworks site. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Day to day you will grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily.
