Wet plasterer — North Yorkshire

Join our team: we are hiring a wet plasterer in North Yorkshire, England. The job is in a refurbishment property. What we are looking for: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets The role involves dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
