The role involves set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
