JCB operator • Northumberland County, Virginia

Now hiring: we are hiring a JCB operator in Northumberland County, Virginia. You will be based on a pipeline and trenching crew. Your main tasks: • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance You should have: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
